Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit

Your first month's rent and your security deposit are both due at the lease signing. Please confirm the amounts with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection

We will set the move-in date and provide all information about your first inspection at the lease signing.


All utility accounts for your property must be placed in your name. You are also responsible for keeping the accounts current throughout the duration of your stay.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Ready to move? Please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises. Provide this notification at least 30 days before your intended departure date.

Property Condition

Before you hand in the keys for your rental home, you need to bring the property back to its original rental condition. This includes the following:

  • Rental Cleaning: Your home should be properly cleaned, with all of your possessions removed. Do not leave anything behind, or you will be billed for the removal.
  • Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you have outdoor space where you regularly address upkeep like lawn care, please take care of this once more before moving.
  • Repairs: If any damage has occurred during your stay, please take the necessary steps to make repairs.

Security Deposit

The security deposit you paid at the beginning of your lease is used as protection against any unpaid fees or damage in your unit.

We will perform a final inspection upon your departure. If any damage is found, we will make repairs and deduct the expenses from your deposit.

The remainder will be returned to you.
